πŸ‹οΈ 18 perfect workouts for holiday travels

In the legendary James Cameron's Avatar: The Way of Water, we'll return to the striking beauty of Pandora. Though, to be fair, a few strength legends are already teleporting us to incredible places.

Chris Bumstead wants his fourth consecutive Classic Physique Olympia title. With the contest mere days away, he broke down his "shredding" diet.

Two-time World's Strongest Man Tom Stoltman doesn't necessarily need to add other feats to his resume. But he's hungry for the all-time deadlift World Record.

In the coming weeks, you might find yourself visiting some loved ones for the holidays. Here are some accessible holiday workouts to stay fit, no matter where you're staying.

Chris Bumstead Gets Lean

The Classic Physique division has only been around since 2016, but Chris Bumstead has already made it his own. This weekend, the superstar will try for his fourth consecutive Classic Physique Olympia title. Ever an athlete more than happy to document his process, Bumstead recently shared an inside look at how he cuts weight in the kitchen.

Last week, Bumstead diagrammed the usual shredding diet that he maintains to get leaner before the Olympia. In total, the day of eating came out to 2,177 calories, 284 grams of protein, 199 grams of carbs, and 19 grams of fat.

No wonder Bumstead is a part of the bodybuilding elite β€” he actually eats like a champion.

As the two-time reigning World's Strongest Man, Tom Stoltman has already laid claim to his greatness. Truthfully, he could probably stop lifting Atlas stones onto podiums today and still be remembered as an icon. But he wants more.

Last week, Stoltman revealed how he's training to eventually deadlift 505 kilograms (1,113.3 pounds). That mark would be enough for him to attain the all-time World Record, surpassing Hafthor BjΓΆrnsson's mark of 501 kilograms (1,104.5 pounds). Ultimately, Stoltman said he would make his record attempt sometime in 2024. His most recent video on YouTube clearly shows a man on a mission.
