As the old (paraphrased) adage goes, "If you've got it, haunt it." That seems to be what certain members of the fitness community are up to during the Spooky Season. Let's check out some of the week's highlights below.

The 2022 Rogue Invitational is next week, and there's a lot to look forward to. We broke down what to expect from some of the world's very best strongmen.

This week saw speculation that four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler would be making a bodybuilding comeback. The icon "squashed" those rumors quickly, but he did give an update on why he's looking so ripped lately.

There are so many ways you can build out the foundation for an awesome back. Some of these killer (but accessible!) cable workouts might just be the ticket.

Next weekend will kick off the second strongman edition of the Rogue Invitational. As the competition grows in acclaim, we took a look at what to expect in a detailed preview of the proceedings in Austin, TX.

Events-wise, there'll be everything from a "Tower of Power" to a Circus Dumbbell Ladder and Yoke Carry. As for the elite competitors on hand, Martins Licis returns to defend his 2021 title after taking a short competitive hiatus following the 2022 World's Strongest Man.

Any time we get to see a strongman superstar like Licis compete at/near the peak of his powers, it's an absolute treat. Though, we're sure new titans like Mitchell Hooper won't let him off easy in what will likely be quite the battle in Austin.

Four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler's resume is largely unmatched in the bodybuilding pantheon. And since he's still such a beloved figure in the community, fans are always clamoring to see him back on stage in some capacity. And a recent physique update only fueled those rumors.

After the legend posed with influencer Lexx Little recently, many thought Cutler was toying with the idea of entering the rumored Masters Olympia reboot that's slated to debut in 2023. After all, the 49-year-old looks absolutely shredded. What else could he possibly be maintaining such a stellar body for?

As it turns out, per Cutler, he's not coming back to compete. He just wants to work on his personal fitness as he nears 50 years old. And he didn't know those photos with Little would go so viral. Oops. Let that be a lesson to retired bodybuilders: Any pictures you post on social media will immediately fuel comeback speculation.
