🏋️ 3 exercises for better biceps peaks
The band Panic! at the Disco is reportedly calling it quits after almost two decades of writing sins, not tragedies. But you don't have to panic: we're still your absolute tell-all in fitness.
By now, you know of Hafthor Björnsson and his titanic strength feats. Well, for his efforts, "The Mountain" is entering the iconic International Sports Hall of Fame.
Rumors of Chris Bumstead jumping into the upcoming Arnold Classic hounded him all January. The superstar put that speculation to rest. He's only in "it" for the Olympia.
Before you know it, the sun will be out more, and so will your "guns." With that in mind, we looked at whether there is such a thing as a "biceps peak."
Strongman
Thor's Hall of Fame Honor
Whenever he decides to lift his last Atlas stone onto a podium, Hafthor Björnsson can rest knowing his legacy as one of the greatest strongmen of all time is secured. Heck, he's probably one of the strongest people ever, too. As he dives headlong into the next phase of his career, the 34-year-old Icelander's got a new honor to add to his filing cabinet of a resume.
Last week, it was revealed that Björnsson would be part of the International Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2023. Notable athletes going in with him include prolific Olympian Jackie Joyner-Kersee and Pro Football Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott. Though, in this case, we'd say these legends are sharing rare air with Björnsson first, not the other way around.

Chris Bumstead Only Wants Olympias
After his Classic Physique division dominance, some have tried to push four-time champ Chris Bumstead toward new ventures. Maybe he should try the Men's Open division at a smaller show. Or maybe, an Arnold Classic appearance would further cement his legacy.
Late last week, Bumstead took to YouTube to clarify where his future stands: "All I want to do is win Olympias. That’s the legacy I’m trying to build right now. The Arnold [Classic] is not my priority.”
Well, that's all we needed to hear. Case closed, folks. We'll see CBum in November at the 2023 Olympia in Orlando.
